Steven G. DuCharme is a native of Roswell, New Mexico, where he has been a member of the Phocus Financial Team since 2021. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. In 2014, he graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law earning his Juris Doctorate. Prior to joining Phocus Financial, Mr. DuCharme practiced law specializing in oil and gas law, estate planning, wills and trusts, and estate administration and probate. 

Steven’s extensive legal knowledge and experience allows him to offer his client’s truly holistic perspectives and advice regarding their financial picture no matter the stage of their lives. Steven helps his clients with all their financial matters, including investments, wealth management, financial planning, life insurance, long term care insurance, and retirement planning. Additionally, Steven has a focus in structured settlement planning for individuals and attorneys involved in lawsuits that result in monetary awards or settlements. 

Steven is married to his beautiful wife Rebekah, and has two daughters, Abigail and Madeline. In his free time, Steven likes to go on adventures with his family, cook, smoke meats, hunt, fly fish, golf, and spend time in the mountains at his family’s cabin.
