Steve began his career with Xerox Corporation rising in the ranks of the organization in Southern California. Recruited into the performance-improvement field, Steve was a leader in the development of incentive programs and strategies for companies that included MTV, BMW, Xerox, Mitsubishi, to name a few. These solutions included the financial budgeting, and operational planning of corporate incentives and execution of travel reward programs all over the world. When Steve’s father passed unexpectedly, Steve was surprised to find that there wasn’t any life insurance, nor sufficient financial resources for his surviving mother and siblings.
From that day forward, Steve changed his career and has committed himself to helping both individuals and business owners avoid the consequences of a lack of planning in their lives. Many of Steve’s clients have become friends, and his friends have become his clients – as he uses his knowledge to help them to achieve their financial goals and dreams while insulating them from some of life’s largest financial pitfalls.
