Melynn was raised in Arizona and attended Arizona State University, where she earned degrees in Biochemistry and Digital Audiences. Prior to joining Phocus Retirement Services, she pursued her passion for marketing, working with several start-ups as a Marketing Coordinator and Content Manager.

Melynn plays a crucial role in orchestrating employee education meetings and engaging plan sponsors and participants through continuous marketing initiatives. As part of the Phocus Retirement Services team, she leverages her skills in marketing strategy and graphic design to enhance business development efforts.

In her free time, Melynn can be found curled up on the couch, crocheting a cardigan or reading a sci-fi novel. She is also an avid dog lover and spends much of her time with her three dogs.
