At Phocus Retirement Services we take responsibility for managing and advising on plan assets. We have members who are AIF® designated and take pride in understanding the principles of fiduciary duties, the standards of conduct for acting as a fiduciary and the process for carrying out fiduciary responsibility.

As co-fiduciaries, we are responsible for helping with:

1. Selecting the best 401(k) plan custodian
2. Making sure that your plan investments are reasonably priced and well-managed
3. Completing annual reviews of your plan
4. Education and enrollments for new employees
